Aerial Acrobatics at RHS Garden Wisley Arts Fest

Beautiful Glasshouse Venue at Wisley Gardens

I was extremely excited to be asked to return to RHS Garden Wisley this year for their second annual Arts Festival. The Glasshouse is bursting with the color and frangrance of lush vegetation in summer, with flowers bursting open and leaves illuminated by the sun. One of the gardeners helped me to reach the beams to rig my silks with a cherry picker, which they were also using to maintain plans which have grown high into the greenhouse roof. Just as last year, I picked a spot next to the waterfall and hired the PA system of Little Sister Blue to play a mixture of rat pack summer songs, Cirque du Soleil style music and joyous 1920s songs.

I am also available for bookings at private events held in the Glasshouse at Wisley, which is available for hire.

Amazing Audiences

Not only is the venue spectacular at Wisley, and the events teams lovely, but the audiences are appreciative and give me so much energy. It's great performing to people of all ages, and I love it when young children are inspired to try aerial circus themselves.

On my company's website, Circus Suburbia, I put gathered the responsed to my performances on social media (scroll down to the second paragraph & slideshow).

Photography by Invisible Arts

I was very lucky to have my father photograph some of my silks performances over the weekend. I performed 6 x 10 minute shows on the Saturday and Sunday, which was pretty hot work!
