A Beautiful Wedding in one of England's most Unique Venues
On Saturday I had the pleasure of performing in my favourite venue in the UK, for a very special occassion - a wedding in the Eden Project's Mediterranean Biome.
The Eden Project offers venue hire in many of its spaces, and the Mediterranean Biome allows couples and their guests to enjoy a ceremony, meal and entertainment as if outdoors but completely independent of the unpredictable British weather.
On Saturday I performed two silks acts to music chosen by the bride and groom. I supplied silks and a costume to complement the plum and aubergine colour scheme amongst the green of the plants and the white of the table settings.
I wasn't the only part of the wedding to be suspended from the impressive biome structure!
Thank you to Swamp Circus for another really fun job, and to Brett Jackson for rigging my silks.
